These signs, often dismissed as “normal tiredness,” could be something more—something as common yet overlooked as Anemia. Anemia is a silent creeper that has millions of people in its hold. More than 65% of children and about 60% adolescent girls, more than 55% women, about 50% pregnant women and about 30% of males suffer from anemia in India.
